We primarily operate in the Berkshires and surrounding areas, but we’re always open to special bookings and events in other areas. Reach out if you have a location in mind!
You can book a session at a community event or reach out to us to check availability for your private event. Availability varies, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

We recommend bringing a towel, water bottle, and wearing workout clothes/swimsuits. We provide all the essentials for a great sauna experience.

Sessions typically last around 45 minutes, but it depends on the booking type. We recommend cycling for up to 20 minutes in the sauna, cool down, and go back.
Yes! Each booking is private unless otherwise noted for community or special event nights.

Löyly is the Finnish term for the steam that rises when water is poured over hot sauna stones. It’s an essential part of the sauna ritual.
