Sauna Host
As a Sauna Host, you’re the face of HUHT — creating a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for every guest. From greeting and guiding guests to maintaining the sauna environment and ensuring safety, you make sure each person feels cared for and comfortable. Whether it’s a private rental, a wellness event, or a community gathering, your role is to elevate the experience, making it smooth, enjoyable, and something people will want to return to.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sauna Host, you play a vital role in elevating the HUHT experience by making guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for, while ensuring hygiene, safety, and smooth operations. You’ll create a space where guests can relax, connect, and fully enjoy their sauna and cold plunge experience.
Guest Experience & Guidance
Greet guests warmly and provide an overview of the sauna and cold plunge experience (if applicable).
Explain proper sauna etiquette, including towel use, hydration tips, and recommended time limits.
Answer any questions about the sauna, heat levels, and cold plunge to ensure guests feel comfortable.
Maintaining Cleanliness & Safety
Ensure the sauna is clean, organized, and stocked with fresh towels and aromatherapy (if used).
Monitor and maintain proper temperature — serving as the “Chief Firekeeper” to manage the wood-fired stove.
Enforce hygiene rules (e.g., no shoes inside, sitting on a towel, appropriate behavior).
Safeguard guests’ belongings and maintain a respectful, safe environment.
Enhancing the Experience
Prepare and maintain both sauna and cold plunge stations (if applicable), ensuring everything is ready for guests.
Offer guests water, electrolyte drinks, or eucalyptus towels when part of the service.
Manage music and sound elements to create an immersive and calming ambiance.
Guest Safety & Wellbeing
Check in with guests throughout their session to ensure they are comfortable and not overheated.
Be attentive to any health concerns (e.g., lightheadedness, dehydration) and respond appropriately.
Provide assistance to any guest needing to exit early or take breaks.
Session Management & Flow
Keep track of session times to ensure smooth transitions between groups.
Manage guest flow by directing guests to their assigned time slots and ensuring the schedule runs on time.

Logistics & Setup Specialist
Role Description

Logistics & Setup Specialist
As a Logistics & Setup Specialist, you’ll be the person behind the scenes (and often on-site) who makes the HUHT experience possible. From transporting and setting up our mobile sauna to creating a welcoming, beautiful environment, you’re the one who makes sure every detail is handled smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics & Setup Specialist, you’ll handle the safe transport, setup, and breakdown of HUHT’s mobile sauna units — making sure every guest or client arrives to a beautifully prepared space.
Transport & Delivery
Drive HUHT’s company-owned pickup truck and tow our mobile sauna (up to 6,000 lbs) to and from events and client sites.
Be fully responsible for safe transport, loading, and unloading of the sauna unit.
Comfortably reverse and maneuver a trailer into various site locations (IYKYK).
Setup & Breakdown
Pick up and drop off the sauna at event sites.
Level the sauna and ensure it’s stable and secure.
Set up and start the wood-fired sauna stove.
Prepare and stock towels, water, firewood, and aromatherapy items as needed.
Vacuum and clean the sauna interior to ensure a pristine guest-ready space.
Set up the full experience environment, which may include:
Café lights, chairs, fire pits (start fire if needed)
Cold plunge setup (if applicable)
Water station and firewood stack
Train clients (especially DIY customers) on:
How to operate the sauna safely
Safety protocols and etiquette
How to manage the fire, heat, and timing
Client & Event Coordination
Serve as a point of contact on-site for clients to answer basic setup and safety questions.
Make sure everything is running smoothly before you leave the site.
Communicate back to HUHT leadership any updates, issues, or special client requests.
Who You Are
Experienced with towing and reversing trailers — ideally up to 6,000 lbs.
Comfortable driving a company-owned pickup truck on local roads and highways.
Detail-oriented and organized, with pride in setting up beautiful, functional spaces.
Physically capable of handling setup tasks — lifting, moving, stacking wood, managing hoses, firewood, etc.
Calm and professional when interacting with clients — you represent HUHT on the ground.
Self-sufficient and problem-solving — able to troubleshoot small site issues on the fly (e.g., uneven ground, access points).
Respectful of client spaces and careful with equipment.
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to be “on call” for opportunities when events are scheduled.
