West Stockbridge Pop-Up

Thank You, West Stockbridge 💙🔥

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the very first HUHT Community Pop-Up in West Stockbridge.

When I launched HUHT back in mid-February, my vision was simple: to serve my community. I wasn’t just starting a sauna business—I was creating a space to reconnect. Reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and most importantly, with each other.

Sauna, for me, is a vehicle to address some of the disconnection I’ve seen and felt first-hand in modern life:

  • We’re glued to our devices

  • We don’t get outside enough

  • Social media made us antisocial

  • There’s a comfort crisis

  • We all need a break

Over the course of 9 days, over 150 people came through the doors of HUHT (60 people on the last day). While that number might not seem huge on paper, the depth of the experience was beyond what I could have hoped for.

What stood out most was the incredible vibrance of our community that showed up:

From West Stockbridge locals and out-of-towners, business owners and neighbors, to cleaners, artists, woodworkers, forest rangers, gardeners, farmers, restaurateurs, hospitality staff, HVAC and construction workers. This is our community.

People battling cancer. People yearning for connection. People just looking for a good, old-fashioned sweaty time.

You all made it magical

A huge thank you to:

• Karden Rabin and AMICI Restaurant for generously allowing me to park HUHT on your property

• Optimal Wellness for collaborating with us on this idea long before HUHT officially launched

• The patrons of AMICI for tolerating half-naked people cold plunging as you walked inside 🍝😅

• The crew over at Six Depot for spreading the word

• And the Town of West Stockbridge

It truly takes a village—and I’m so grateful to be building this one together.

More to come. Stay HUHT.
